The Weekday Wind Down is an intimate gathering women seeking a respite from the workweek hustle. The Weekday Day Wind Down takes place at the SpeakUpSis Empowerment Center every Friday evening from 6:30pm - 9:30pm. Â Join us in creating cherished moments of relaxation, camaraderie, and festive joy.Â

Unwind, connect, and indulge in a delightful evening designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul during the holiday season. This is time for YOU, before you become wonder woman for your family on Christmas Day. Â
